Choose any available options such as size, wood finish, color, or material style from the dropdown menus.

Fill out the custom fields on the product page:

Custom Text & Names: Enter names, dates, quotes, or special messages exactly as you’d like them to appear.
Live Preview: Use our interactive preview feature on the page to visualize how your text and design will look on the final product before ordering.

Once you’re happy with your design:

Click Add to Cart.
Review your order details in the cart summary.
Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping address, and choose your payment method.

As soon as your order is placed, our team gets to work!

Each piece is carefully handcrafted, precision-engraved, or custom-printed in our studio.
Production typically takes 2-5 business days before shipment.

You will receive an instant email confirmation with your order details.
Once your custom gift is finished and carefully packaged, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Can I change my personalization after placing an order?

Because we begin crafting personalized items quickly, please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. Once our production team has begun crafting your custom item, we can no longer make changes or cancel the order.
What if I made a spelling error?

Please double-check all details before completing checkout. We craft items exactly as submitted in the personalization fields.
